The Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board is pleased to announce that grant applications for mental health program funding for the fiscal year July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011 are now available.  Any organization wishing a grant application form should write to the BerwynTownship 708 Board at P.O. Box 497, Berwyn, IL  60402.

Real-estate tax monies for the purpose of meeting the mental health needs of the Berwyn Township are available for programming in the areas of mental illness, developmental disabilities, alcoholism, and drug abuse.  The Berwyn Township Community Mental Health Board is particularly interested in receiving applications from organizations whose estabished programs focus on public awareness, prevention and coordination.  These programs must be compatible with the goals of the Board's Three Year Plan. 

The deadline for submitting completed applications is January 25, 2010.
