Applications Available:
Grant applications for mental health program funding for Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027) are available beginning Monday, December 15, 2025 and are due January 23, 2026. Any organization wishing a grant application form for this cycle should write, e-mail, or call the Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board at P.O. Box 497, Berwyn, Illinois 60402, b708cmhb@yahoo.com, or (312) 731-5912, respectively, and we will put you on our list to receive the forms.
Applications Due Date:
