The Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board is pleased to announce that grant applications for mental health program funding for Fiscal Year 2023 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) are available beginning Monday, December 11, 2023. Organizations requesting funding must meet the criteria set forth by the Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board, which can be viewed at https://www.berwyn-mental-health-board.com/grant-criteria/. Any organization wishing a grant application form should write, e-mail, or call the Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board at P.O. Box 497, Berwyn, Illinois 60402, b708cmhb@yahoo.com, or (312) 731-5912, respectively. The Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board exists to provide necessary funds or supplement existing funds for community mental health facilities and services, including facilities and services for individuals with developmental disabilities or substance use disorders.

Applications Due Date:

The deadline for submitting a completed application is January 19, 2024, no later than 1:30 p.m. Applications may be mailed to PO Box 497, Berwyn, IL 60402 or hand-delivered to 6600 W. 26th Street, Berwyn, IL the week of January 15-19, 2024 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m..
