The Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board is not accepting applications at this time. Grant applications for mental health program funding for Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026) were available beginning Monday, December 9, 2024 and were due January 17, 2025. However, any organization wishing a grant application form for the next cycle (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2026), which will be available in December 2025, should write, e-mail, or call the Berwyn Township 708 Community Mental Health Board at P.O. Box 497, Berwyn, Illinois 60402, b708cmhb@yahoo.com, or (312) 731-5912, respectively, and we will put you on our list to receive the forms when the next grant cycle opents.
Applications Due Date:
The deadline for submitting a completed application was January 17, 2025, mailed to PO Box 497, Berwyn, IL 60402 or hand-delivered to 6600 W. 26th Street, Berwyn, IL the week of January 13-17, 2025 between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Applications for funding for July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 are no longer being accepted.
